Randy Sisk partnered with the company’s founder, Merle Kleweno, in 1985 and took sole ownership in 1998. Randy’s professional roots in residential construction and passion for excellence in functional and innovative design, the highest quality cabinets and unmatched customer service continue the Kleweno legacy as the most trusted kitchen design studio in the Kansas City area. Randy’s kitchen and bath designs have been featured in national home décor publications, kitchen and bath magazines, and numerous Kansas City area publications. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. Randy’s signature is his hats and flair for challenging “cookie-cutter” kitchen design. He is also a volunteer for community service organizations focused on youth development.



Cherie Brown is an award-winning kitchen and bath designer with 40 years of experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and her work has been recognized for excellence with awards from Subzero-Wolf, Crystal Cabinets and local home décor publications. Cherie’s designs have also been featured in national home décor publications, kitchen and bath magazines, and numerous Kansas City area publications. You will discover how contagious Cherie’s warm and friendly personality is as she embraces your vision and space, and works with you to create a kitchen that enhances your home and lifestyle.



Genevieve Hamel is an award-winning kitchen and bath designer whose work has been featured in Kansas City area magazines and the Kansas City Symphony Alliance’s Designer Show House. As a volunteer, she designed the waiting room for the Center for Child Health and Development at K.U. Medical Center, while earning her interior design degree from Johnson County Community College. Genevieve’s love for kitchen design comes from intertwining her French heritage, her custom furniture building skills, and her hands-on approach to remodeling historic homes. Clients admire her ability to combine unique uses for products and materials, while she keeps the design process professional, light and enjoyable.



Diana Weeks-Radke has worked with Kleweno designers since 2005 and is passionate about creating truly distinct and personalized spaces. Diana’s focus is all about design having an impact on your quality of life every day and shares that expertise with Kleweno designers. Diana holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medieval History from the University of Kansas. Diana spent her early years as an architect working on large-scale civic projects, including a stint in Los Angeles. Diana returned to Kansas City to focus on smaller-scale residential projects. With the help of her husband, Diana is a wrangler of kids and dogs. and is an avid gardener and traveler.



Miranda is the smile, voice, and customer service arm of Kitchens by Kleweno. You’ll experience her passion for design as she helps expertly manage your project, keeping you informed every step of the way and attending to your needs. Miranda’s genuine warmth and infectious smile, her keen attention to detail and organizational skills ensure every Kleweno client receives unmatched customer service. Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Kansas State University and has already worked with various national design and furnishing companies in her young career. Miranda also helped design homes featured in the Parade of Homes in Manhattan, Kan. She is a gifted designer with a bright future.



Jana Dunn is the organizer of all things office and business-related at Kleweno. Her account management experience with companies such as Hallmark Cards and Kemper Mutual Funds, combined with her interior design experience give her the perfect skills and understanding to provide superior support to Kleweno designers. She holds bachelor’s degrees in interior design from Pittsburg State University, and public relations from the University of Central Missouri. Jana is a local artist with work featured in the Kansas City Symphony Alliance’s Designer Showhouse and the Kansas City Hyde Park Homes tour. When Jana’s not at Kleweno, you can find her in the studio constructing her next creation.
